We provide a personal wedding co-ordinator to help you from the moment you visit us right through to the end of your wedding day. From arranging some great entertainment for your evening reception to helping you decide on the best song for your first dance nothing is too much trouble. We will help support, guide and assist you with every little detail to make sure your day runs smoothly.
In addition, all of our experienced and caring staff will be on hand to pay close attention to you and your guests to make certain that you have the perfect worry free day.

Below is an example of how your wedding day might flow if you choose us for your special day.
| 2.30pm | Guests arrive at the hotel to receive a warm welcome prior to the ceremony |
| 3.00pm | Ceremony begins |
| 3.30pm | Ceremony ends followed by a champagne reception, canapés, garden games on the lawn and photographs taken in the beautiful hotel grounds |
| 5.00pm | The wedding breakfast is announced and the receiving line takes place |
| 5.30pm | The Bride Groom are announced into the room and a five course wedding breakfast is served whilst enjoying performances from our talented pianist |
| 7.15pm | Cutting of the cake and speeches |
| 7.45pm | Tea and coffee is served along with the wedding cake and a selection of pastries and homemade Welsh cakes |
| 8.00pm | Evening guests start to arrive |
| 8.30pm | The First dance takes place followed by the evening’s entertainment o including a jazz band and our resident DJ to make you guests dance the night away. |
| 9.30pm | Evening buffet us served including a dessert buffet with an inviting chocolate fountain surrounded by tasty treats |
| Midnight | The evening comes to a close |
