BOOKING TERMS
Making A Reservation
To make a reservation simply call our reception on 01443 742 050 and discuss any requirements you may have with a member of our team. To secure your reservation, we require either a credit/debit card to hold against the room.
Alternatively you can click here book your accommodation online.
Checking In
Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Checking Out
Rooms should be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure.
If you would like an earlier check in or a later checkout please let us know in advance and we will endeavour to accommodate. Alternatively we also offer our late checkout service at a supplement of £30.
Children
Children aged 3 and under can stay free of charge. Cots can also be provided upon request. Children aged between 4 and 14 are charged at a supplement of £15 per person per night. Any children aged 15 or older are classified as an adult and therefore be charged at a supplement of £30 per person per night.
Pets
We welcome pets to Llechwen Hall and the surrounding countryside offers a variety of trails for dog walking. As a pet-friendly hotel we offer accommodation to cats & dogs at no extra charge. Please inform us of any pets when making your booking (maximum of 2 pets per room).
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your reservation, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the date of the booking. For any cancellations made later than this, a charge will be made against your credit card to the value of the first night's stay.
Any reservations resulting in a "no show" will receive a charge against the bill payer's credit card for the full duration of the stay.
